Meet the Chef
Chef Patrice Washington's culinary career began early, around the age of 8. Patrice's first dish was chipped beef on toast with scrambled eggs and cheese cooked with love for her & her siblings. With breakfast under her belt, she attempted to cook dinner, baked fish and boiling bag rice and dinner was served. Realizing she had enjoyed the task she wanted to do more. She began watching her grandparents who cooked in a southern style this lead her to want to experience all that cooking had to offer. Patrice began to watch other Chefs Emerald Lagasse, Chef G Garvin and Gordon Ramsey which grew her love for cooking even more. Patrice attended Baltimore International College for the Culinary Arts at age 22.

Anthonys Nu Creationz was founded in 2010. Patrice landed her first clients (Legg Mason, Steve Adams, Recording Artist Monifa, Recording Artist Miller Micheal, and many others). With her passion in hand, she was now able to figure out her path. Anthonys Nu Creationz's cooking style became southern with a five-star twist.
